The Sidestage Package is perfect for busy creatives who need a hand staying on top of their admin. Perhaps you’re an artist working as a sole trader or an independent production company with a small admin team.

With this package, you’ll be able to avoid the end-of-month data entry crunch as I handle your accounts payable/receivable (please note I am not a qualified bookkeeper or accountant). You and your admin team will have the freedom to focus on high-priority tasks without getting behind on the basics, letting me handle your inbox and queries so you never have to type an answer to an FAQ again. We’ll create a simple system for ensuring everything is where it needs to be, so you can always find exactly what you’re looking for.

The Sidestage Package includes:

  • Enquiries inbox management

  • Creating stock email responses for frequent queries

  • Responding to general queries

  • Accounts payable/receivable data entry

  • Digital filing

  • Drafting general correspondence

All packages are customisable, so if you have specific needs, please book a Discovery Call and we can work out what suits you best. Please note that altering the package inclusions will affect the investment price. All ongoing contracts have an initial term of three months. This allows us both time to get comfortable and reflect before committing to a longer term. Billing cycle is negotiable, and invoices are issued in advance.
